Form and Submission Use

Information submitted through this site should be accurate and related to a real service request. We may reject submissions that appear abusive, deceptive, or unrelated to our services.

User-Submitted Files and Photos (Future Feature)

If photo or file uploads are enabled, you are responsible for what you submit. You must have permission to submit the content and must not upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized material.

Service Availability

Pickup scheduling, accepted items, service availability, and any applicable pickup fee may vary by route, workload, operating conditions, location, quantity, and equipment type. Website requests do not guarantee service availability or immediate scheduling.

Business and organizational pickups are often complimentary where practical. Residential pickup is available on a limited basis and may involve a pickup fee.

Cash, credit/debit cards, and contactless payments accepted at pickup.

Data Responsibility and Destruction

By submitting a request and surrendering equipment, you confirm that you own the equipment or are authorized by the owner or organization to dispose of it.

Customers are responsible for backing up any data they want to keep and for removing data themselves when practical before pickup.

Standard recycling and ITAD services use reasonable, best-effort data handling and destruction practices intended to render data inaccessible, but they do not provide guaranteed or certified irreversible data destruction in every case.

To the extent allowed by law, Pensacola Recycles is not responsible for data the customer failed to back up or remove, or for residual data remaining on devices submitted for standard recycling.

Certified data destruction may be available as a separate paid option when specifically requested and confirmed.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, Pensacola Recycles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to website use or service interruptions.
